Welcome to the Durango Homeowners Association! We're a small yet mighty community comprising 44 homes. Established in March 1982, our community has flourished while maintaining its character. Welcome aboard, and we eagerly anticipate building a strong community together.

Board positions become available every other year, offering residents the opportunity to take an active role in decision-making and community growth. Serving on the Board is a great way to make your voice heard and contribute to the place we all call home.
No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to get involved, a commitment to the community, and the support of your neighbors through a vote at our meetings. Current board members are here to guide and support you every step of the way.
