Covenants
What Are Our Covenants?
Covenants are the foundational rules and guidelines that govern our HOA community. They are legally binding documents that outline how the community is managed, maintained, and protected. These covenants are put in place by the HOA's developers or board to help preserve property values, ensure a cohesive appearance, and support a high quality of life for all residents.
Unlike bylaws, covenants cannot be easily changed. They remain consistent over time to provide stability within the community. Any updates or changes to how the HOA operates typically occur within the bylaws, which are more flexible and can be amended as the HOA evolves and grows through the years.

By Laws
Understanding Our Bylaws Bylaws are the most current and adaptable rules and regulations that govern the day-to-day operations of our HOA. They outline how the HOA is managed, including the responsibilities of the board, how meetings are conducted, voting procedures, and other essential processes. While covenants provide the foundational structure for our community, bylaws are the living document that can be updated as the community grows and changes. They reflect the most up-to-date policies that homeowners need to be aware of and follow. Staying informed about the bylaws is important for all residents, as they guide how decisions are made and ensure transparency and fairness in how the HOA is run.
